On 16th of January the Army came in to school to do a career talk and some team building exercises with our pupils in years 7 – 11.
The talk was about the different types of careers the army offers and what pupils can gain when joining. The team building exercises they were given were to build a communication tower and also a game to do with reaction times that staff and pupils enjoyed completing together.
The day was a positive experience for all involved and pupils came away thinking about a different career they normally wouldn’t have thought of.
