At Futures, our study programme is designed to support young people with EHCPs as they prepare for adulthood, employment and future success. Through a combination of core skills, preparation for adulthood, employability development, vocational learning, enrichment activities and work experience opportunities, students are supported to build confidence, independence and the skills needed to achieve a destination. Every element of our curriculum is focused on helping young people take the next step towards employment, further education and fulfilling adult lives.
